Sixth Bridge Completed!

September 19, 2014

The completed bridge over Doty Creek. Sept 18, 2014.

Sept 17 #2It only took about two days of hard work to finish the last bridge over the wetlands at Kilchis Point Reserve. The crew from South Fork Camp was amazing and helped our Pioneer Museum staff by hauling lumber for the joists, constructing the bridge deck and finishing the side bumpers. The men even designed a pleasing curve to this bridge over Doty Creek, making this a very lovely addition. Next will come the approaches to the bridge from both sides, which we hope will be done in the next couple of weeks.
