New Bridge started

September 6, 2014

Would that we had a magic wand that we could wave and the trails and bridges at Kilchis Point Reserve would be done!

Alas, we are limited by time, work crews, and – of course – money!

But considering the progress we have made in only the last 4 years, the trails and bridges are amazing!

The South Fork Camp workers returned to KPR this week and the sixth – and last – bridge over wetlands was begun. The pin footings were installed and now the crew can start the actual construction when the next load of lumber arrives.

South Fork Crew starts the final bridge.
